Weapons have been normalized across the board. Recon was previously relatively impractical due to the high visibility of most units. Optics have been reworked, making recon units more useful in battle. DLC content and breakthrough game mode will be supported in future iterations. Steel Revision modifies skirmish and custom game modes. It provides players with a more consistent experience across divisions and factions as well as making each unit powerful and crucial in its own role on the battlefield.
